RAD Trust The establishment of the Regulatory Actions Division Group Master Trust (RAD Trust) was approved by the Superior Court of Wake County, North Carolina on July 5, 1995, and the Commissioner of Insurance was named as the Grantor. Subsequently, The RAD Trust documents were revised and the modifications were approved by the Superior Court of Wake County, North Carolina on June 6, 2006. The RAD Trust was created to provide resources for administrative and accounting functions to help administer and manage insurance companies placed in liquidation.
